Program Supervisor

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is a mission-driven organization that provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Supervisor, you will make a difference in the lives of others by facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervising a team of Caregivers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year related work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
