Registered Nurse

D&S Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those we serve. You will conduct in-person assessments, implement individualized health care plans, and communicate with physicians and external providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Texas RN license
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience with individuals with IDD or in a related care setting
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, car registration, and auto insurance
