We are looking for a Consultant in Public Sector with extensive experience in financial management and accounting within the public sector in Stockholm or Gothenburg. The ideal candidate has a higher education or at least 2-year vocational higher education in economics and a proven track record of working on exciting assignments within financial management, follow-up, and analysis.

Requirements

• Higher education or at least 2-year vocational higher education in economics
• Experience of project or investigation work
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
• Financial management, accounting, and follow-up experience
• Cost allocation models and economic analyses experience
• Financial management within the state, including result management experience
• Business management and models for follow-up experience
• Follow-up and reporting of operations experience
• Qualified public accounting experience
• Statutory regulations for accounting, planning, and follow-up experience
• Financial management documents and guidelines experience
• Expenditure accounting, including appropriations and borrowing limits experience
• System-savvy from Hermes and Unit4 ERP (formerly Agresso)
• Self-led project or investigation experience
• Public accounting experience, including work with compensation with the state, state capital, double payment flows, appropriation accounting, and S-codes
