Stage - Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Event - France (H/F)

Sézane is looking for an Assistant Project Event Manager - France (H/F) to join their teams on a 6-month internship starting immediately. The ideal candidate is a student in a business school, communication school, or equivalent university program with experience in the event sector and good adaptation capacity. They should demonstrate a marked interest in social networks, event management, and press, and be curious about new trends.

Requirements

• Aiding the organization and follow-up of RP / Influence events, clients, and special events
• Budget tracking and management
• Presence and coordination on the day of the event
• Management of service providers and negotiations
• Post-event reporting updates
• Event monitoring, fashion, and retail scenerography
• Aiding strategic reflections and team brainstorms
