Sézane is looking for a creative and structured talent to join their Retail and Visual Merchandising team as an Assistant Retail Merchandiser for a 6-month internship. The role involves collaborating on store assortment creation, preparing performance dashboards, and analyzing product performance.

Requirements

• Student in a business school with a specialization in fashion, a fashion school, or equivalent higher education
• Significant experience in purchasing/retail merchandising for a ready-to-wear brand in the premium or luxury segment
• Strong product sensitivity combined with a pragmatic business eye
• Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment
