Job Description
Sezzle is looking for a Security Infrastructure Engineer Intern to secure cloud infrastructure, applications, and developer workflows, with exposure to vulnerability management, detection systems, and infrastructure security controls.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and security fundamentals
- Familiarity with Linux and command-line tools
- Interest in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and infrastructure systems
- Basic knowledge of common security concepts (e.g., vulnerabilities, authentication, OWASP Top 10)
- Exposure to programming or scripting (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks
