Job Description
Sfakianakis Group is seeking a Retail Sales Manager BYD to develop, monitor, and implement the annual budget and commercial development of the BYD brand in the Greek market. The role involves guiding and evaluating sales teams, proposing commercial policy actions, and ensuring customer experience and compliance with corporate procedures.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in a Senior Brand Manager, Retail Director or equivalent senior role, preferably in the Automotive sector
- Experience with CRM systems, SP4, LMS and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards)
- Project management, team leadership and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
