Job Description
We are looking for a highly accountable Senior PPC Specialist to manage all paid media activities across the company, including summit campaigns, corporate advertising, top-content boosts, and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube (X Ads is a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision
- Strong expertise in conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and troubleshooting tracking issues
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country budgets and delivering performance improvements
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, remarketing, and optimisation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, insight-driven reports
- Experience boosting content and managing brand-level campaigns, not only performance campaigns
- Experience in events, iGaming, or global multi-market brands is an advantage
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
