Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Registered Manager with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 in Children's Residential or equivalent and Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children’s and Young People’s Service) and at least 2 years of experience in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Children's Residential or equivalent
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children’s and Young People’s Service)
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years
- Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Homes regulations
