Requirements
- Meet sales goals assigned to support executives
- Support the management of assigned focus universes by the organization.
- Send commercial proposals to clients via email and/or customized, and follow up on them to achieve the sale closure.
- Control the sales process in an organized manner, maintaining updated information on client status for each opportunity in the CRM.
- Meet the number of activities established for support executives and comply with different commercial operational indicators to comply with internal policies.
- Support commercial executives in tracking commercial offers to ensure a higher proportion of sales success.
- Develop commercial proposals in accordance with established procedures for portfolios of different sectors.
- Communicate the operational process terms of negotiation clearly and in due time to ensure good service.
- Control that the service provided is given in the terms agreed upon, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Present periodic reports required in exact and timely manner.
- Resolve client inquiries in the technical area, relying on experts when necessary and on time.
- Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and action plans, etc. in the management system and product accreditation.
- Ensure document management and compliance with due diligence and Sarlaft of clients
- Support commercial executives in collecting commercial receivables
- Perform daily reports of commercial process opening and closing required
- Support commercial executives in assigned administrative and commercial activities.
