Job Description
As a Data Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for managing vendor setup and overseeing the material ordering process within the system. You will also facilitate vendor setup through SharePoint, coordinate with vendors, and maintain internal communication with the team based in Katowice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in office or administrative functions
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle, iProcurement, and SharePoint
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Proficient in English at C1 level
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and mid-shift hours
