SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, is seeking a Process Automation Expert to identify, design, and deliver automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy of business processes.

Requirements

• Define and manage the automation pipeline by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities across finance and business processes.
• Translate business needs into automation designs and deliver solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Use process mining and analytics to uncover inefficiencies and enable ERP integration.
• Oversee automation governance, testing, and change support including training and documentation for end users.
