Senior Lab Technician_Chrom Lab (Operating HPLC)

SGS is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Lab Technician to conduct chromatographic analyses, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Requirements

• Receive and review testing orders, SOP’s and instruction before conducting testing
• Perform tests in a professional and safe manner
• Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare resources
• Keep Team leader informed on daily basis about progress of testing and report problems
• Keep tools, chemicals and consumables in good conditions by storing at proper places
• Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system
• Preparing suitable equipments before sampling
• Performing sampling at factory as customer's request
• At least 2 years of experience in same field
• University level or higher degree in Analytical/Organic Chemistry/Food Chemistry
• Effective communication skills in English
• Trained or experienced in ISO 17025
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and laboratory information management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
