AI Specialist - Video Production Agency

We're looking for an AI Specialist to lead AI implementation across our video production workflows, identifying opportunities, integrating AI tools, and building scalable systems that improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI tools in video production, creative workflows, or content operations
• Strong understanding of post-production pipelines and editing workflows
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, or scripting) to streamline processes
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and design AI-powered solutions that improve speed and quality
• Familiarity with AI tools for transcription, captioning, clipping, voiceovers, image generation, and asset tagging
• Experience working with ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar project management and review platforms
• Ability to document processes and create scalable SOPs for team adoption
• Strong collaboration skills when working with editors, strategists, producers, and project managers
• Attention to detail and ability to test, refine, and optimize AI systems in a fast-moving environment
