Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining patient accounts, scheduling appointments, addressing customer/patient issues, and providing high-level customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience
- High School diploma required
- Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
- Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus
- Strong communication skills, independent worker, detailed-oriented, computer savvy
- High level of customer service essential
