Well Tender

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is a natural gas service company seeking a Well Tender to rebuild or replace dump valves, repair piper ball valves, and perform other well maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of production/Flowback experience on legacy well pads and 1 year of experience on new well turn ins and high pressure wells.

Requirements

• 6 months experience in production/Flowback experience on legacy well pads
• 1 Year minimum production/Flowback on new well turn ins and high pressure (+5,000 psi)
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Ability to work overtime as necessary
• Safety Systems and functions knowledge
