Meat Plant Production Lead

The Meat Plant Production Lead will work with the Production Manager and Production Supervisors to coordinate activities of workers in the cutting and trimming meat area. The role involves interpreting and enforcing company policies and safety regulations, coordinating activities, creating production schedules, and assigning duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years’ experience with cutting various meat products
• Data entry and basic computer knowledge
• Ability to run an electric pallet jack or forklift
• Understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
