Bosnian Speaking Account Representative

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Bosnian Speaking Financial Account Representative to manage an assigned portfolio of clients, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain financial accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail orientated with analytical and technical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the financial industry a plus
• Bilingual skills with fluency in Bosnian and English
