Commissions Analyst

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Commissions Analyst to work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely variable compensation distribution. The role involves commission structure understanding, report preparation, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related areas)
• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst, sales operations support or commission analyst role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience using Salesforce is strongly preferred
• High energy and ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills and attention-to-detail
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively
