Conduct and review mental health assessments, provide diagnostic evaluations, and work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide care coordination to clients. Prescribe medication and work with the clinic team as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Oregon
- Training, experience, and demonstrated competence in conducting mental health assessments and providing psychiatric medication management
- Active DEA license (Oregon) or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Authorization to practice as an advanced practice clinician in an outpatient mental health setting in Oregon
- Ability to provide and maintain current professional licensure, required insurance documentation, and willingness to undergo license verification
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and computer-based clinical documentation systems
