Field Service Engineer-Los Angeles, CA

Flow International Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for its water-cutting and surface preparation systems. The FSE will work independently and with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality service and technical guidance to customers and partners.

Requirements

• Deliver on-site and remote technical support for Flow systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or site visits
• Complete administrative documentation and service reports in a timely manner
• Adhere to Flow's Return Material Authorization policy
• Maintain current product manuals, specifications, and technical references
• Travel to customer sites for extended durations as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours technical support
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on customer equipment
• Assist the customer service team in identifying parts and providing technical input
