Regional Laser Sales Manager

Flow International Corporation is a global leader in advanced cutting and forming solutions. The company is seeking a Regional Laser Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts for Flow's laser product line within the Upper Midwest territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in laser cutting sales, industrial automation, or related manufacturing equipment
• Strong technical understanding of laser systems, automation integration, and related processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate laser system benefits clearly
• Strategic thinker with solid organizational and time management skills
• Independent, driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
