Job Description
Shaper Capital is seeking a CFO-in-Residence to partner with startup founders, building their financial foundations and guiding them towards growth. This role is high-stakes, focused on complex financial challenges within early-stage venture-backed companies, offering a unique path to becoming a full-time CFO or Head of Finance. The company focuses on building high-potential, humble individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally including: Early-stage startup finance leadership (Head of Finance, VP Finance, etc.)
- Experience supporting venture-backed tech startups is strongly preferred
- Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, accounting, and SaaS metrics
