Client Affairs Officer

The Client Affairs Officer will act on behalf of vulnerable adults, ensuring their wellbeing and financial affairs are protected. The role involves managing a caseload of clients, empowering them to make decisions, and working closely with clients, relatives, and professional support to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of benefits payable by the Department for Work and Pensions and other agencies
• Understanding of the issues affecting people who lack capacity to manage their property and financial affairs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong numeracy, budgeting, and IT skills
• Confidence to work independently and manage conflicting demands and deadlines
