Project Engineer (Mechanical)

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join the planned maintenance team within our Property Services Operations function. The role involves designing, managing and delivering Building Services Mechanical Engineering projects, working on various public buildings and sites.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering background (building services) and recent relevant experience in design of building services and maintenance
• Ability to manage client relationships, own and deliver against financial budgets, and ensure compliance in respect of health, safety and risk management
• Collaborative and empathetic approach, financial awareness, and flexibility to meet changing requirements
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritise a busy workload and build and maintain effective relationships across a broad span of stakeholders and clients
