We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Education and Inclusion Therapies Service in Winchester, Hampshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, manage shared inboxes, and maintain accurate records. This is a rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Requirements
- A good standard of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade A–C / 9-4 and above, or relevant experience.
- Strong written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, grammar and presentation.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently using initiative while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- A team-focused approach, with the ability to support colleagues and collaborative working.
