Requirements
- Confident leading multidisciplinary, hybrid product teams to deliver digital services using Agile and Lean practices
- Strong financial awareness, with the ability to manage complex budgets and ensure resources are used effectively to deliver value
- Clear understanding of the full product life cycle, knowing which tools and approaches to use at each stage, how to manage risks and how to support teams as they move from discovery through to delivery and beyond
- Ability to maintain momentum in a complex environment, identifying risks, resolving issues and finding practical ways to keep things moving
- Resilience and sound judgement to stay calm under pressure, respond to urgent operational demands and keep longer-term improvements on track
