Design Engineering Manager

Design Engineering Manager position at SharkNinja, responsible for leading the NPD team in building innovative products across the Ninja brand, requiring technical substance and inspiration to deliver credible solutions to the market.

Requirements

• Degree level technical qualification, ideally Mechanical Engineering, Product, or Industrial Design with a focus on engineering principles.
• 6-10 years proven experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Product Design/ Industrial Design environment.
• Experience in the consumer goods household appliance space desirable
• Experience in plastic/casting/sheet metal manufacturing processes
• Experience in working with IP teams to track prior art and identify novel or inventive solutions within the AD/R&D team.
• Uses Solidworks or Creo to a proficient level.
• Identify, solve, implement, and verify technical solutions autonomously as part of a team.
