Director, Electrical Engineering

SharkNinja is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the electrical engineering team in designing and developing innovative consumer products. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in power electronics and embedded systems, and a strong background in driving products from early concept through to high-volume production.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Strong expertise in power electronics, including power conversion, motor control, and battery systems
• Solid background in embedded systems design, microcontrollers, and real-time firmware integration
• Experience in developing and launching high-volume consumer electronics
• Deep understanding of DFM, DFT, and regulatory compliance in hardware development
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
