Fall 2026: Electrical Engineering Co-op, Shark (July to December)

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company seeking an Electrical Engineering Co-op to support the development and testing of next-generation Shark products. The role involves hands-on work in circuit-level troubleshooting, lab-based validation, and verification of electrical systems.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year
• Must be an electrical engineering major
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
• Strong understanding of Bipolar and CMOS technologies; foundational knowledge in power electronics is preferred
• Able to quickly develop visual and physical representations of product functions and electrical layouts
• Combines creativity with technical expertise to generate innovative, real-world solutions
