Lead UX Designer

SharkNinja is looking for a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer to take creative and technical ownership of key app experiences within our UX team. The successful candidate will set design direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Industrial Design teams.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of UX design experience
• Strong expertise in UX and UI design for mobile experiences on iOS and Android
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to give clear, actionable design direction and constructive feedback to peers and junior designers
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
