Manager, Advanced Development – Robotics Engineering

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager of Advanced Development within our Robotics Engineering group to lead our US-based Advanced Development robotics team and drive early-stage innovation in robotic floorcare.

Requirements

• Strong background in systems engineering, robotics, automation, and/or electromechanical systems
• Experience working on consumer products or mobile robotics in a fast-paced, global organization
• Ability to balance consumer insights with technical feasibility when shaping solutions
• Hands-on prototyping and experimentation mindset, comfortable with early-stage ambiguity
• Willings to pursue multiple solution paths and quickly learn from failure
• Strong organizational skills with experience juggling multiple projects and priorities
• Collaborative approach and respect for cross-functional disciplines including Product Development, Industrial Design, UX, Quality, Testing and Manufacturing
• Clear, concise communicator capable of translating technical work into actionable insights
