SharkNinja is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own the paid media strategy across Paid Social and PPC channels, leading a high-performing team and ensuring a best-in-class, data-driven approach across all platforms. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, including Paid Social and PPC, and 3+ years of experience managing and developing a successful, high-performing team.
Requirements
- Define and own the paid media strategy for North America across Paid Social and PPC channels
- Set channel- and category-level strategies aligned to revenue, ROAS, and cost efficiency targets
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and platform hygiene
- Analyze and manipulate performance data to identify optimization opportunities, growth levers, and risks
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the Paid Media team, fostering a culture of high performance, development, and learning
