Product Development Manager - Outdoor

Drive new product development for the Ninja Outdoor category, manage day-to-day project progress, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a 5-star experience for every product launched. The role requires a strong passion for understanding and advocating for the consumer throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development, or engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or engineering
• Some prior experience managing or mentoring individuals or demonstrated leadership on cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively across teams and levels of the organization
• Well-organized with strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with a positive, solution-focused attitude
