Sales Operations Specialist

SharkNinja is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational activities that help drive sales performance for assigned retail accounts. The role will involve demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, POS & trend analysis, trade spend management, and daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest in data analysis, forecasting, and operational problem-solving
• Comfortable working with data in Excel and learning new systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
