Senior Electrical Engineer

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead technical development for their embedded electronic hardware and firmware projects. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to manufacturing standards, and ensuring product compliance. The engineer will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, focusing on technical leadership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in technical leadership
• Experience in electrical design (component selection, system architecture, verification, documentation)
• Experience in embedded firmware development, microcontrollers, and debugging
• Experience resolving compliance testing and EMI/EMC issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills
