SOX MANAGER (North America)

The SOX Manager will be responsible for leading the SOX program in North America. This includes SOX testing, audits, and overseeing staff on multiple concurrent engagements. The role also involves conducting audits (operational & financial) along with another team member, including fieldwork, report writing, and presentation to audit management and senior business management.

Requirements

• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with leaders throughout the organization
• Manage and lead the SOX 404 compliance program
• Perform walkthroughs of various business cycles based on flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrices
• Manage the SOX auditors in North America
• Assist in development of a comprehensive ERM risk management framework/strategy
• Prepare audit work papers and write audit reports
• Participate in a variety of special projects assigned by management
