Job Description
Field Technical Service Representative 2 will manage and maintain Sharp equipment in the Columbia/Midland territory. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
Requirements
- Independently services and maintains a full territory in the installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment with minimal supervision.
- Resolves at least 85% of service calls upon completion of training and territory assignment.
- Maintains parts inventory and achieves exemplary levels of inventory control and usages.
- Completes all required administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Cooperates with fellow workers and management to achieve Branch service goals.
