Requirements
- Manage the activities of hourly/bargaining unit employees to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Train and develop employees, evaluate employee performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and other documentation, timekeeping records, and production records.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to applicable regulations.
- Manage the hourly workforce in compliance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
