Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team, responsible for implementing and executing all HR-related activities within Sharp. The role involves advising senior managers, staying up-to-date with social and legal developments, and supporting various types of conversations and investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or another human-oriented or business-oriented education
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR function
- Very good knowledge of social legislation
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
- Experience with HR information and registration systems (preferably with Workday, SD Worx, Protime)
- Current knowledge of labor law
- Discreet, team player, empathetic, proactive, and honest
