Acute/SNF PT II- Part-time (Full-time Benefits) - Chula Vista

Evaluates, plans, directs and administers physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Assists patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program.
• 2 Years Experience in all aspects of physical therapy
• California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - CA Physical Therapy Board -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
