Lead Medical Radiation Physicist - Sharp James S. Brown-Outpatient Pavilion - Days - Full Time

The Lead Medical Radiation Physicist is a leadership position within the radiation oncology department. Under the direction of the Manager of the Radiation Oncology, this position is responsible for directing and supervising clinical medical physicists, dosimetry staff, as well as performing administrative tasks to meet the goals of quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Medical Physics, Radiological Physics or a closely related field.
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medical Physics, Radiological Physics or a closely related field.
• 3 Years Radiation oncology outpatient experience.
• ABR Medical Physics Certification - American Board of Radiology -REQUIRED
• 5 Years Radiation oncology outpatient experience (Preferred)
• 1 Year Supervisory experience (Preferred)
