As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the voice of Sharpist in the market, identifying the right accounts, opening doors to decision-makers, and laying the groundwork for new customer relationships. You will build and maintain a targeted account list, contact potential customers, and create outreach sequences and messaging with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams. You will also share market insights with product and marketing teams and ensure positive first contacts and strengthen Sharpist's brand awareness in the HR and L&D field.
