Transport Supervisor Night 4 on 4 off

Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transport compliance, lead daily driver debriefs, and support driver recruitment and development in a 12 hour Night shift role.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a transport compliance or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and operator licence requirements.
• Experience managing or working closely with drivers.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Full UK driving licence
• vehicle routing and geographical knowledge
