Job Description
The Deli Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of the Deli Department operations, providing customer service, and ensuring that associates follow company policies and procedures. The role requires excellent customer service skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving ability
- Experience as an Assistant Department Manager or equivalent
- Some on-the-job training is provided
