Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Contract Solicitor to build in-house commercial contracting capability and provide pragmatic, risk-based advice on commercial agreements. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing advice on regulatory and risk considerations.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Proven experience in commercial contracts
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of data protection law and regulatory outsourcing requirements
- Experience using AI tools and legal technology platforms
