Lead Product Designer for direct-to-customer journeys, focusing on delivering high-quality mobile and web experiences. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to explore problems and deliver solutions that perform well for customers and the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or digital design, with experience leading complex customer-facing journeys.
- Strong end-to-end product design capability, including discovery, user research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
- Proven experience designing high-quality mobile and responsive web experiences at scale.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and usability best practice.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems, applying components and patterns effectively to real user problems.
- Ability to frame design work around customer and business outcomes, not just outputs.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
