Job Description
As a Multi-Store Supervisor at Sheetz, you will drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met. You will inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop skills, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback. You will also work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations, foster a positive and engaging store culture, and deliver outstanding customer service.
