Job Description
California’s premier plaintiff-side employment law firm seeking Associate Attorney with 1–6 years of litigation experience to manage employment law cases, draft pleadings, and appear in court.
Requirements
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 1–6 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred)
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated interest in trial work and professional growth
