Buyer I

SHEIN is seeking a Buyer I to identify, select, and purchase merchandise, maintain brand aesthetics, and contribute to visual merchandising and sales strategies. The role involves market research, vendor relationships, data analysis, and reporting, aiming to drive sales and optimize the SHEIN brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Shoe Buyer or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast trends, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Passion for fashion and an eye for identifying products that will appeal to the target market.
• Experience with e-commerce purchasing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent English (required).
